Virtual Team Meeting

Blended conference

FLANZ 2021 will see a traditional two day programme blended with synchronous distance engagement and supported by online provision of the presentations. This provides a rich face to face experience, flexibility to engage from a distance and opportunities to interact with the presentations after the event.

Conference presentations will be broadcast live to delegates, who will have the opportunity to engage with speakers and other delegates during each session.

At Victoria University of Wellington campus there will be networking opportunities as well as social events planned. Satellite venue activities will reflect the needs of those attending. Open plenary and keynote sessions will see all sites connected synchronously.

Face to face experiences

Victoria University of Wellington and satellite venues will offer opportunities for face to face engagement. Online services will allow for live broadcast of presentations as well as online engagement opportunities. Presentations will also be made available online following the conference.

Satellite venues

Satellite venues offer a face to face experience on your doorstep. Each venue will be connected to the online conference and has its own approach to managing costs. Further information will be provided as the satellites are confirmed and organised.
