Thank you to everyone who has helped with the preparations. Everything is now in place for a great conference experience, 14th and 15th April. Registered delegates should have all of the information needed to join the Zoom streams and attend a physical venue if that was their choice.
Delegates, if you have not seen the email that contains the links to the Zoom streams and other information about the conference, please check your spam folder. This information is not published publicly.
Thank you sponsors
A big thank you to our sponsors, who make this event possible. Massey University, our Principal sponsor and Digital Presence sponsor has always been a significant supporter f the FLANZ Conference.
Open Polytechnic has also been a major sponsor for the 2021 conference. Victoria University of Wellington, our principal venue sponsor and Otago University have continued their ongoing support. It is great to see our national providers supporting flexible learning.
Thank you to our commercial sponsors too. Echo360 and Blackboard have stuck with FLANZ through the disruptions of 2020 - thank you. And we welcome ExamSoft and AUTaltLAB to our network, we look forward to working with you in the future.
FLANZ has embarked on a journey to reimagine how great conference experiences are enabled. The FLANZ 2021 Conference has a strong digital presence, coupled with face to face opportunities for delegates. All sessions are delivered though online webinars by presenters who may be at home/workplace, or at one of five physical venues. The proceedings will be curated by a dedicated MC, Greg Ward, broadcasting from the principal venue, Victoria University of Wellington.
Thank you to our satellite venues: Massey University, University of Waikato, Canterbury University and the Auckland University of Technology. The model of an online presence (three streams) with multiple satellites offers a small group conferencing experience coupled with the larger conference benefits of varied and extensive content. We could not have done this without you.
I look forward to seeing everyone at the conference.
Nga mihi, nui
